Theres your stats comparison. They are very similar.

We had a real slow year when it came to starting off with offense last year and this year we will be mediocre all year long - but the thing is offense doesn't win championships - defense does.

Pitching is more important anyway.

We'll have a better year than many think - but don't hold your breath for a Championship. This year again it is really anyone's to win. No one's to lose.

As for the topic of Pitching - Josh Beckett chose number 19 instead of his usual rocket 21 - perhaps this is so if the Rocket comes back, Roger will indeed be able to wear his 21.

I would much rather a Rocket than a Schill. I know I'm often quoted as going after the young guys like no tomorrow. The promise of a future - but we have that with Papelbon and such -- a Clemens never dies.
